Jessamyn Griffin, AIA | LEED AP
Jessamyn is an architect and creative designer, committed to developing unique design solutions that unite function, beauty, high quality craft and sustainability. She enjoys the challenges of design, and thrives in Siteworks’ collaborative atmosphere. Jessamyn provides a wide range of experience, with past projects in residential, commercial, mixed use, adaptive reuse and renovation projects of all kind.
Previous to Siteworks, Jessamyn spent five years focusing on residential design and construction consulting with Thomas Anderson & Co. in Sonoma California. After graduating Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Architecture at California College of the Arts, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of San Francisco, Jessamyn relocated to Portland in 2005 to further her passion for architecture and sustainability in a city dedicated to both.
Jessamyn also served over six years with SERA Architects as a Job Captain and Architect on a wide variety of projects, including the recently completed Collaborative Life Sciences Building. While at SERA, Jessamyn initiated the start of their 1% pro-bono studio, acting as Architect for the pilot project, for local nonprofit p:ear (an adaptive reuse TI that was awarded both an Inspiration Award from Contract Magazine as well as a Sui Generis Award for Social Responsiblity from IIDA of Portland).
